Eligibility
This offer is available to business customers intending to place an order of 150 units or more of a single article. To request a sample, please provide your company details and the article(s) you are considering for a bulk order.
What You Receive
Upon a qualifying request, we will send one (1) complete sample piece of the requested article, free of charge, so you can assess the actual product — not a fabric swatch.
No Obligation to Purchase
Requesting or receiving a free sample does not create any obligation to place an order, and does not constitute a binding agreement between the parties. This offer is intended solely to support your purchasing decision.
Limitations
- One free sample per article, per customer. Additional samples of the same article, or samples requested without a genuine bulk-order interest, may be declined or offered at cost, at our discretion.
- This offer applies to standard, in-range articles. Custom-made, made-to-order, or bespoke items are excluded, given the production cost involved in creating a one-off sample.
- Olive Hometex GmbH reserves the right to limit, modify, or withdraw this offer at any time, including for specific articles, customers, or regions.
Shipping
Samples are shipped free of charge within Germany. For deliveries to other countries, the recipient is responsible for shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import charges, in accordance with the destination country's regulations.
