At Olive Hometex, we stand behind our linen through its full lifecycle. When your Olive Hometex linen reaches the end of its usable life, we'll take it back - helping you dispose of it responsibly while reducing landfill waste.
How It Works
Once your linen is worn out, stained beyond use, or no longer fit for guest-facing service, contact us to arrange a buy-back collection. We accept eligible Olive Hometex products for recycling or responsible disposal, in accordance with EU regulations.
What You Receive
In return for eligible returned linen, you'll receive credit toward your next Olive Hometex order, calculated per kilogram of returned textile.
Eligibility
- Products must be genuine Olive Hometex items, originally purchased from us.
- Textiles should be laundered before collection - no sorting required beyond removing non-textile items (buttons, plastic packaging, etc.).
- 100% cotton and cotton-polyester blend items are eligible; specific blend ratios may affect eligibility and are confirmed at the time of your request.
How to Request a Collection

What Happens to Your Linen
Returned textiles are recycled into new fibres where possible, or responsibly repurposed and disposed of in accordance with EU waste regulations. We do not send returned linen to landfill.
